Lee Boquan is the founder of Propmanservices. Lee holds a Masters’ degree from the LSE in Housing &
Regeneration and is an IRPM qualified ex property manager. Lee established a managing agency of his
own before establishing Propmanservices in 2012, tailoring its services to managing agents’ precise
needs and requirements.
Emma Thomas joined as Director of Propmanservices in 2018, following a successful career in property
management. Like Lee, Emma holds the MIRPM qualification and maintains close working relationships
with dozens of PMs across London.
